JOB OVERVIEW
• FPT Design is made up of over 140 highly skilled designers working on projects that have true impact and purpose in the world around us. We’re looking for great Graphic Designers to help create engaging and meaningful visuals and digital experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• The Graphic Designer focuses on the creation, development, editing and production of visual materials including presentations, social media, brochures, direct mail, posters, email, web/mobile and other mediums.
• Other responsibilities will include determining appropriate design, layout and formatting of collateral through thoughtful integration of typography, photography, illustrative and graphic elements.
• The role will work well for an individual who enjoys being a “doer” and is self-motivated, with the ability to juggle a variety of projects in an energetic environment and has a sharp eye for details.

Summary Key Focus Areas
• Creation design: 2D Illustration, whitepapers, knowledge sharing articles, presentations.
• Motion Design: Create engaging motion graphics and animated content for digital campaigns, social media, and internal communications.
• Omnichannel Design: Banners for digital marketing (website, social platforms, etc.).
• Brand Design: Logo design, Visual Identity, Brand Illustrator…
• Event Design: create Key Visual for domestic and global events.

Senior Designer Responsibilities
• Drive creative efforts, ensuring consistent branding and professional creativity throughout all communications — including webs, social media, prints, websites, emails, pitch decks, branding campaigns, trade shows and events, and videos.
• Balance multiple design projects at once while ensuring all deadlines are met, confirming business partners are satisfied with the results, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
• Participate in planning, messaging development, and creative sessions to elevate content and campaign development.
• Produce and coordinate large scale traditional and animated video projects with external vendors.
• Support and establish corporate identity initiatives.
• Stay abreast of digital design trends; learn and develop new design skills; attend design conferences and / or online training to continue growth.
• Assist other members of the design team as needed.
• Comply to standard working process with defined project working plan, communication, feedback and reporting rules.
