Manufacturing Engineer/ Production Engineer/ Process Engineer (Working in Ha Tinh) - Đãi ngộ hấp dẫn

1. Responsible for creating, validating and managing the Manufacturing Process of Body shop.

2. Provide prompt and efficient support to production team to unforeseen circumstances, disruptions, or urgent events that may occur during the manufacturing shifts that may impact production or the safety of Body Operators.

3. Drive and support all activities to ensure overall achievement of Body shop performance and quality metrics KPI’s.

4. Assist with execution of business plans which deliver year-on-year performance efficiencies through a Continuous Improvement culture and mindset.

5. Drive a proactive Engineering culture, ensuring sound process control and engineering control programs are established, implemented and continuously improved as per Manufacturing requirements.

6. Compliance to Vinfact Excellent Systems (VES) and its lean principles, processes and pillars (SPQRQC).

7. Involvement in the Process / Controls engineering during installation, commissioning, buy-off and start of production of the plant and equipment.

8. Facilitates operational improvement programs in order to create a culture of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing that leads to associate empowerment, KPIs improvement, productivity, elimination of waste, and improvements in safety, quality, maintenance, cost and material flow.

9. Mapping process weakness and opportunities.

10. Leads and implement lean projects designed to forward and sustain continuous improvement initiatives. Control the results and standardize the best practices and make the corrections and adjustments on the process as per the necessities.

11. Ensuring that Process Quality control strategies are developed, monitored and tracked to ensure robust systems are in place and strictly adhered to.

12. Lead troubleshooting analysis and Problem-solving process for the technical, operational, or quality issues occurred during production. Apply data-driven and analytical core tools and methods such as PDCA, 5W+2H, 8D, Lean Six Sigma.

13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges, quality-related issues, and explore process improvements in the Body shop.

14. Tracks, monitors, and reports regularly on project status; monitor product and process improvement milestones to ensure on-time completion and sustainability.

15. Ensuring that planned Engineering activities are executed via change management and do not have an impact on Production requirements.

16. Prepare all core Dynamic Process Control documents: PDF-PFMEA-PCP, SPC (statistical process control), etc.

17. Evaluate Machine & Process capabilities using best company Cm/Cmk, Cp/Cpk, Pp/Ppk index targets and requirements.

18. Lead core Production documents: Standardized work (SOS/JES/SIS/TIS)

19. Strong oral communication skills to enable effective dialogue with local and international audiences across all levels of the organization.

20. Written communication skills to create reports and presentations to upstream leadership level and/or downstream level.

21. Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

22. Siemens TeamCenter, PLM, MES, LMS, Torque control system
